Positive: The villa is fantastic, modern, spacious and beautifully maintained. There is a supermarket, bar and restaurant a small distance away at the end of the road and bars and restaurants all the way down into town. The owner is very helpful, friendly and communative . I would highly recommend this villa.

Positive: The villa is gorgeous with absolutely everything you could need. Thought has clearly gone into the decor. The pool is great (very deep which was good for us) and there are lovely outdoor seating areas. The location is great with a supermarket and multiple bars and restaurants in walking distance. Communication from the owner was excellent.
Negative: Not a major issue but the road is busy so there is noise and trucks can overlook the pool area.

Positive: First class accommodation, brilliant pool, great location and everything we needed was there from the off. The attention from the hosts was great, they are super people - not intrusive at all and very helpful with any queries, not that we had any. If you are considering staying here, please do not hesitate.
Negative: Nothing - everything was fabulous.
Summary: We have stayed at the villa 3 times now, it is our go to place in Spain. It is such an amazing place

Positive: What a fabulous villa! We stayed as an extended family 8 adults and 2 kids (2 and 4). The villa is absolutely stunning. Very clean, well positioned, private and gets the sun throughout the day. The pool was perfect, we were in the pool daily. Easy walk to the town with lovely beaches nearby. BJorn was highly attentive and checked in regularly. The property has had a lot of thought; furnishing, equipment, space were all exceptional. We enjoyed al fresco dining and boule in the evening. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Positive: The location was perfect, nice and quiet and views across Moravit/ Moraira and closeby to restaurants and shops. The villa itself was perfect in every way and the photos do not do it justice. Amazing place and nice and relaxing for a group of middle aged group of friends.
Negative: The only downside which is very minor. The bath towels provided could have been bigger and fresher.
